Health issues: Rheumatoid arthritis, knee pain, shoulder pain and lower back pain for 8 years.

I was told about Ceragem by friends and family.  I have rheumatoid arthritis which gives me knee pain, shoulder pain and lower back pain.  I have had this condition for 8 years now and have medication from my GP.  My condition made me housebound.

I was expecting exercise tables.   The Centre layout is good and there is a good system in progress.

I have now been using Ceragem for four months and I come 3-4 days each week.

My calfs feel stronger and the muscles behind my knees are more flexible. Ceragem has motivated me to move out and around with a little more confidence.  I also have felt improvement in my shoulder and back pain.

I would definitely recommend its use to anyone and I am considering purchasing a Ceragem bed for my home.
